The Orange County Office of Shook, Hardy & Bacon LLP is seeking a litigation associate with 4-6 years of litigation experience to work on a broad range of complex litigation including product liability, class action, and commercial litigation matters.  California state court litigation experience is necessary and federal court experience is desired.  Candidates should have excellent writing and research skills and thrive in a collaborative environment.  We do complex, cutting-edge work in jurisdictions across the country and locally and have a deep commitment to providing opportunities for associates to gain significant case management and courtroom experience.
